HDMI cable for arc/earc for Denon 4700H

I bought Denon 4700 5 days back and connected to my TV etc/arc using old HDMI cable which I used for 2300 earlier which is Honeywell make for which I paid Rs1200 approx for 5 mtrs.

Now when I connected same HDMI I was able to get TV audio through AVR and also Denon menu functions in TV. But after Demo by dealer I am getting only audio of TV but when I want to do settings of AVR no display in TV. It is show check connection.. input etc

Demo person asked me to change HDMI cable. But I used earlier cable for almost one year for 2300 and there was no issue. I don’t know existing hdmi cable configuration. Whether I should change cable. Pl suggest
