I want to buy a 40 inch hd tv it should support 3d movies also i am confused very much plz suggest me which one good plasma or led or lcd and which company i should take, my budget is 55k

You are unlikely to get a 40" LCD/LED/plasma that supports 3D at that price (55k).

- Sony 40EX720 has MRP of 83,900 and is offered at 5K less
- LG 42LW5700 has MRP of 94,900 and is offered at 10K less

I would go for the LG because I am impressed with the passive 3D. The glasses are smaller, lighter, cheaper (I think two pairs are included in pkg), battery-free, etc. The 3D is view-able from almost all angles.

You can buy KDL-32EX720 : EX720 Series : BRAVIA? LCD TV : Sony India for Rs. 57,900/- MRP.

Entry level 43" 3D Plasma by Samsung PS43D490 is for 47K in Bangalore.
Though it supports 720P, not Full HD.
