Looking for help with recco on in wall speakers. My current setup is as following:
Core:
1. Mi TV Q1 75"
2. Denon X2700H + 5.1.2 setup
3. Nvidia Shield Pro 2019
Speakers:
1. LCR - Taga 606
2. Surr Rear - Taga 806s
3. Cieling - Taga 606
4. Subwoofer - BIC America
Planning to redo my living space (12ft x 16xft) and that includes getting following
1. False cieling - this is to hold cieling speakers and LED lighting
2. False wall behind TV - primarily to have wires tucked inside, UPS & power strips inside and have in wall speakers
(These will be very simplistic and minamalistic design)
Considering Polk audio speakers for the setup:
In-wall speakers - Polk Audio 265 RT or LS ??
Centre speaker - Polk Audio 255 RT or LS ??
In cieling speakers - Polk Audio V80 or V60 or VT60 ??
Rear Surround - Confused on this one - can I take them to cieling ?? if yes then which speakers? or should I repurpose any of Taga's?
TV upgrade ?? Question for later time - perhaps to 85 or 98 or stay with same.
Questions:
Does this sound like a decent plan?
Are Polk built in better than Taga?
RT vs LS - Which ones?
In cieling - which ones?
Rear surround - confused
