Head unit for 5K.

Hi guys, i have sony xr-c750 cassatte player in my sumo.
i want to upgrade it to a cd player with usb support.
my maximum budget is Rs.5000.
Also do the head units avail today have sound quality equal to my cassatte player?

Heard lots about this JBL headunit on Team-BHP. Retails for about Rs. 49xx.

Note, this unit does not have a CD Player
