Reg. property tax you can submit an application together with copy of the sale deed at your local corporation zonal office.The process takes abt.2 hrs.The Corporation issues an Order for Name Change.This, normally takes 3 weeks.
Water tax:Based on the Order for name change the local Metrowater office will change the name on the Water tax card.This is done across the counter on the same day.
