help from DIY or good technician for upgrading my DAC

I have been scouting for a good person (technically) who can help me upgrade my DAC magic MK2. I have procured all the components from US and UK but I am unable to find either a technician or DIY expert who can help me with it,

Any pointers or suggestion pls?
