Help in placement of TV and wiring for HT

Hi Guys,
I am moving into a new apartment and need some help in placement of TV as well as wiring.

I have three option of placing the LCD Tv ( i am still to buy it). These are "TV,' "TV2" and "TV3"

I am thinking of placing the LCD at point at place marked as "TV". But it has a window behind it, so difficult to wall mount there.
"TV2" is easy to wall mount but the viewing distance is less.
"Tv3" will obstruct the balcony passage.
Since i am going to get the house repainted. I am thinking of getting internal wiring done for the HT.
Please suggest placement of speaker if I go for option "TV".
Any other tips for internal wiring. I hate wires running all over in living room. I am a newbie, please go easy

TV is better for following reasons:
1) HT can be setup nicely esp. rear speakers.
2) No direct light on TV
3) Chairs / sofa can be setup in corner
4) Viewing distance would be good.
5) would not disrupt ur attention when u are eating food.

Position TV seems to be best. You can place the TV on a TV stand.
