Need help buying first Projector

Hey Guys - Thinking of getting my first projector and I'd like your help in choosing one.

I have a media room with my 5.1.2 HT setup along with a 65" Mini LED Hisense TV.

I'd like to test the waters and buy a budget projector before putting serious money into it.

The budget that I have in mind is $400 or 35,000 Indian Rupees. I can source the projector from pretty much anywhere but would prefer to have after-sales support in India.

I'm thinking of getting one of those 100" motorized white screens that'll roll down in front of my TV. The room can get pretty dark during the daytime.

My only challenge is that I don't want to mount the projector on the rear wall because there's a French window there and I'll have to mount it 9 feet high. I also don't want to bother with the wiring and installing a power outlet for now.

So I think what I need is one of those portable projectors that can be placed in the corner. I'll be sitting 10 feet away from the screen.

And because of all those reasons, I'm looking at the XGIMI Elfin Flip. Is that the best projector available for my use case and budget? Or are there other projectors that I should be looking at?

35k for projector not enough for many people. but i never mind. i am just enter into the projector hobby since Jan, 25 starting from some cheap led projector (china made), and a Dell DLP projector (2nd hand).. 1st impression is not good with china make projector, in the dell projector the resolution only 800 x 600 where the china make pro has 4k but Dell win in every uspect.. Now I am using Benq Projector there entry level line up, resoution just over dell 1200 x 800 and i am satisfied very much.. in ur budget u can also look the benq model..
also this entry level projector from benq not supported Lens shift so u need to install from the celing or back wall. but when this benq burn in properly the pic quality is up to mark. also the dell projector pack and store in cool place for anyone.
