HELP needed to find an IC...please

Hi everyone,
I am looking for an IC TC 9142P.....It is basically an IC to control the speed of A Direct drive turntable....(16 pin IC dual in line)....I have searched for it in Pune but could not find it...can anyone help me ...????:sad:
