hi,
please advise as to i am selling yamaha rx-v450 and want to buy 471 is this good upgrade both music and movies wise.......and please help as to how much can i get for my yamaha 450 in good condition, i am tight on budget

Upgrading to 471 is recommended if you wish to watch movies with HD audio or 3D videos. 471 should be available for 25-26K. Price for your old AVR depends on its condition, features availabe, age etc.

thanks for reply but please tell me at least around what price it should sell? condition is good, age 4-5 yrs working loud n clear.

only i need hdmi outs & wanting to add blu ray into my life, of course want to upgrade on sound, if not +1 than should not be -1
