Help : Sony EX 500 or Samsung C530

Hi Guys

I am planning to buy a 32" LCD. But still Confused . I don t know which one is better between Sony or Samsung.
I also want to know which company gives better service in pune , india.

If Any best option are there then please reply .

Well both are good,if its the samsung just make sure you get a SPVA panel.

How Should i find it out which panel is there?

Well you need to look at the sticker behing the tv for letters SQXX(XX being numbers like 01 to 04) so you have to remove the tv from the box.

Some dealers allow you to open the box and others don't,if you don't want the trouble get the EX500 which has a SPVA.

I had enquired about EX 500, But in pune This model is not available.
Which one is better in after sales service
