help with hathway skyworth box..

i got the hathway (skyworth) box few days back as one of my bedroom runs with a normal cable connection.. 29in crt (BPL)..

cable works fine and able to get all channels with decent clarity. i bought a hathway box so that the IQ can be increased..

but bad luck... box shows no signal detected... tried all settings as far as i was able to check.. with card.. and without card..

infact without card it does not let me enter the menu..

any idea what can be done to get this work.. box seems like working fine.. but unable to get it to work...

try the menu option "select your signal". For me it works on S21H. Try a bunch of options in these, it also shows signal strength. this works in my hathway humax box.

if it does not work, call the support, they will be able to fix pretty fast and free of cost.

thx buddy.. i will try that settings but one issue is even if i select that it does not show any signal strength.. also the check mark is on S21L whatever i do does not change to anything else..

any guess.. has it gone kaput ???
