The venue was good but i felt time was less .. or probably time flied that day

May be we should look at a full day booking this time.

I remember someone suggesting another venue also .. i think in amerpeet

I will participate (if I am in town), but unfortunately will be unable to bring any demo. equipment as I have cleared out most of my stuff this past year to concentrate on my main system.

I think Nikhil should be reached for the venue that He had offered...If the offer still exists !!.. it would be very convenient .. and Since its a Hotel it would be suggestible to finalize the dates well in advance for the entire day .. my preferences would be towards the weekends and in the first two weeks of December if the last 2 weekends of November dont materialize
