I'm Ross and have been using Onkio for 40 years and love them besides a few issues they have with heat related issues.

I bought a Yamaha RX-A2070 the other day used for a good deal and I'm wondering about a few things about it.

My setup is a 7.2.2 and I am running 11 mono 240W amps that are rated at .006 distortion. It sounded amazing with the Onkio a pretty much the same with the Yamaha with each having their strengths and weaknesses. In the next couple days I plan on posting my results and am hoping for suggestions from others if there is a way to correct them. Right now theater sounds better with the Yamaha and the Onkio was way better at music. I tend to spend 90 percent in music and 10 percent in movies.

Anyways, I hope to make some good connections on here and see what others are doing.
