hi pals....I am new to this...I have no idea abt all these amplifiers..spkrs etc...will you please suggest me a good sound equipment only for music only music..love the bass...would be connecting dat to phone and ipod...budget is 20k to 30k...plz help me and please see to that I would be able to upgrade it in my future

for phone/pod, u must budget seperately for docks.
better still, go for good source material and not pc-burnt mp3s. thats the better way to spend money . even a modest setup will sound good with good quality source material.
that said, go for stereo amp. for a modest 120-160 sq ft room, 50-60 wpc rms wud suffice.
for bass, a good subwoofer wud eat 12-15 k of ur budget.
well... go for norge concerto gold 1000 @ 10k, sw150 wharfedale, and bookshelves, maybe diamond 8.1 or 8.2
