Hi,
I requested one of the diyaudio.com forum member to etch a pcb for Hiraga Le Monstre amplifier. PCB is going to be a hand made. Though readymade pcbs available from Jims audio and some other vendor, I prefer to go with his one. Below is the extract from my mail conversation.

Hello,
I can only make PCBs in the lab and they take me something like a whole day to print etch drill etc. For this much effort I would charge something like $30 per pair plus postage, which is definitely expensive for you I imagine. Maybe you could search at the Chinese market for a much cheaper way? But if you want I can do it, just let me know. I do not own a proffessional lab so the process has to be done manually, but the results are very good I can assure you.
Another interesting part that I have is the final power resistors. I have lots of them matched to 0.001% on both thermal shock and normal temperatures. All of these are non-inductive metal oxide types.
I would charge something like $3 the quad, and I will select the closest matched resistors.
Just let me know if you need anything.

A note, this amplifier sounds rubish on cheap speakers, as any amplifier will do, but on a pair of audio nirvana it is just GREAT!
Obtain a good speaker pair and even the cheapest amp will sound 60% better without changing anything else on the system. Speakers are like the antenna of a radio. No good antenna no good reception, no matter how expensive and sophisticated is your receiver.

PCB pair: 30$
Resistor: 3$ [ Quad ]

Plus shipping and paypal charge.

Anyone interested please let me know.

Thanks
Badri

I suggest instead of doing the PCB from the scratch, you may buy the PCB from JIMS Audio.

That PCB is very good. Their image is of very poor quality so feels negative.

15W Pure Sound Class A Stereo Amplifer PCB Hiraga | eBay

If anybody wanna see its better image may be i can post here.

Lemme know.

I think Bijin is absolutely right ........ no doubt about that again Thank you very much for correct direction.

I think the Jims Audio pcb and kit is very good.

I have procured a pair of PCBs for stereo and the components are as stated. The PCB quality is excellent. The provided resistors are all made by Dale and Caps by Muse. I can post pictures If that helps.. see a sample here..

I have assembled this kit very recently and tested with a temporary PSU and it was sounding Great on my FH3 build.. Have to couple it with a quality PSU and put it in a cabinet for daily use though..

Hope this helps..
