I have want to a Yamaha Rx-V483 with Yamaha ns P40 5.1 speaker system. My room size is 10x18. Will the audio be sufficient?

It should....all depends on what levels you listen...conservative or really loud...audition and decide.

Yes it should do.. But if you could disclose your budget, you may get more suggestions on better deals (or) packages for the money you would spend..

P.S : Don't end-up buying AVR + 2.0 ..
