I see it has both coaxial and optical, so you can connect with either coaxial cable or optical cable to the sound card on the PC. Optical is more common in PCs so that would be the logical route.
PS - If its an old PC or old sound card then you will need to invest in a new sound card or external USB soundcard.

Or you can simply connect from line-out from your HT to line-in of your PC.
Cable would be 3.5 MM jack on one end and 2x RCA on other end.
Simplest solution but it's analog.

Only thing that you have to set "coaxial or optical" in playback device and media player sound out instead of HDMI.
