I'm planning to put home theatre system for my bedroom.
My TV has only SPDIF output
How will I connect this system to my TV?
any converter options. If this will be lossless?

look at htib options from yamaha, onkyo, pioneer etc as they will be of better value and performance with what you are wanting to do.
