Horrible Panasonic Service (Over 1 month;Plasma still not working) in warranty

The TV is fixed now.
The same Engineer came in yesterday and fixed it.
To my astonishment, the screws seem to have mis-placed, he asked me for them!!!
Where as he had clearly kept them in a packet INSIDE the TV, but anyway as long as it is fixed and works fine,
I am happy.
They did give me full extended warranty and have not charged me a penny.
SO I don't know what to say, its been over a month but now its fixed.

Congrats. Now enjoy with your one of the best TV in d world.

Good for you.

Are you Ritesh Sharma? I have seen a few people including me post on Panny FB. Even of issue resolved, catch them by the neck. Ask them to fix the missing screw, else tomorrow they may say you opened the TV. You can't trust these idiots.

Yes, thats me :)
I would love to post there but, I am BLOCKED frrom the Panny India Page,
I really don't care about that though.

I should infact insist on the screws, right now I am glad that it got fixed,
I had not played the PS3 or watched a nice movie in over a month,
and I was using a 32" inch for the time bieng, and does that seem ever so small compared to this.
