Hotstar frame drop issues

I am watching EPL live streaming on Hotstar on my Sony x70K. So many drop frames and choppy playback. Is there any issues with my tv or there is some problem with hotstar? Switching to Amazon Firestick will help?

There no such issue while watching voot or sony liv.
