how good is this panasonic tv?

my cousin is exploring this panny LCD, after having seen a few TV's with a budget of 30-32K. 32" Only. This they getting for below 30K.

Panasonic LCD 32C30D

Any comments on this? Would anyone suggest else for any particular reasons?
