how to clean projector screen

my screen now shows some dirt spots by they won't remove with simple cloth so any suggestions

i'm scared of using any detergents as it will remove special coat on the screen

Absolutely no detergents.

1. Use a dry microfiber cleaning cloth to dust out the screen

2. Use a spray bottle or damp a second piece fo microfiber cloth and clean from one side to the ohter - (Left to right or vice versa) and top to bottom

3. Take a third piece of microfiber cloth to dry out the screen.

The screen should be cleaned once a week due to the dust buildup.
These cloths can be machine washed and re-used.

mmm as you said spray bottle is it just plain water or what in it

and where to buy this microfiber cloth

Microfibre cloth by 3m is available in malls & supermarkets on 3m stalls...
too good to wipe screens,sunglasses,laptop screens,mobile screens etc..

some ppl find it pricy but too good

yaar i 'm using optoma panoview 120 inch 16:9 1.0 gain screen

Manu, i know of a imported cleaning kit which is available but then that is not for fabric based screen, it is for screens like lcd tv, or the fibre based screen which i have. The kit consists of spray, cloth and a brush.
