How to play 3D content on 2D HD projector

I dont have any projector, i am planning to buy 1 HD projector for around 40 K, can i use HD projector play 3d content using external image convertors? if yes please advice, Regards

Just make sure that it can do 120 hz refresh rate via your pc/laptop graphics card. Another thing, look for DLP based ones as glasses will be generic. More knowledgeable people will definitely guide you. You wont need any other converter while playing via PC.

What do you mean by 3d content?Is it for 3D movies / gaming?
Do note that for 3D video (movies) a basic pc / graphics card would do.
But for 3D Gaming, one would need a medium to high end pc / graphics card to do the 3D at good frame rates and resolution.

What do you mean by external image convertors? Is it a PC with graphics card or some dedicated box that connects to projectors?
A dedicated box cannot do 3d on its own, it would need a video input source - like a BDP, Mediaplayer, etc.

Also verify if the pj will do 120Hz at a good enough resolution for gaming.
For movies resolution wont matter very much as the big size of the display will more than make up for it.

Just import Benq W1070 from US/Canada. These are selling for $1000 or less. Full HD 3D and no fiddling with external adapters.

Otherwise, you will spend good money on 3D ready projectors (these are mostly 720p) and then some on 3D adapters. Total will definitely come near $1000 anyways.
