How worth is to buy Denon 3805 now?

I have an offer of Denon 3805 AVR for 25K. This is 5-year-old and made in USA as claimed by the owner. Is this worth to buy at this price? The total sound output 770 W ( 160W X2) is what impressed me. I own wharfedale diamond 9.5 and think this AVR would do justice to the sound area. Thanks in advance for expert advice and alternate options at this price level.

I have heard Denon with Wharf.To my ears they are OK.Many users are comfortable with this combo but may not me.
3805 is same amp which Vinay has(?).Otherwise good amp.Indian model was costing around 70-80k that time.US model can be asked for less.

Buy an AVR with hi def decoding ,with Indian voltage

BTW AVR ratings are generally hogwash..
