I am having a horrible experience with Blue dart courier service

For most items, if available, now I solely use COD option. With that I don't even bother, it is not my headache to chase after the delivery guy anymore. It works wonders, 99.99% of all such packages get delivered on or before time including long weekends and holidays, rain, thunder etc. etc.
Wonder why this doesn't work for pre-paid packages?
Maybe it is got to do with the C in the COD?
Cheers,
Sid

Do all couriers accept COD?
What about insurance?
As far audio eqpt. Is concerned I know of Amazon and 1 or 2 other companies that accept cod. I think the company has to accept cod, couriers get paid after cod amount is deposited with the company. I bought a basic denon receiver recently for 35k in cod.
Insurance I am not sure, usually if a dealer is shipping to an individual they may carry a blanket policy for all their shipments but individual to individual I am not sure.
Cheers,
Sid

Ordered some food stuff from a online website and they have shipped it using Bluedart . As usual - Consignee not available and it has been 5 days . Two calls to their customer care and two calls to the online website . Still waiting . Next time onwards its going to be COD

Recently HifiMart shipped my Advance Paris A12 thru Bluedart and luckily he delivered it in two days . The moment I saw Blue dart , old memories came back .

So the state of courier services companies "sometimes" with delays and all. Blue dart, Speed post, dhl, DTDC etc etc.
The Box Tops wanted to deliver "the letter" in 67 and our Mr. Raspy, Joe Cocker later and Susan Tedeski aswell.
All of them prefered, a plane over a fast train...

Seeing all of this i chose airway courier but 10 days later and still waiting. I am beginning to think, My baby...did she even write me a letter.
