I did not know this phase alignment will make a huge difference for single subwoofer. I thought it was for multiple subwoofers. After running dirac with bass control i tested many phase settings and found 45 IS good for now i am also running SPL metre in phone at my MLP. In movie no time to die at 38 minutes, when that bar scene starts that bass was missing before or did not have this much SPL before. But now with phase 45 its very deep. Looks like will try more settings with other movies. Lets see

Try changing the sub position in all possible direction and placements( say 1 feet). Mark it's position and listen to the same movie sound again and again. You may need some assistance in moving the sub while you remain seated at the sweet spot. Steve Gutenberg had placed the sun underneath his chair and found it to be the best aub placement.

my room is small 13x11x10feet. i can put it in front only.

it is in front right but not in corner.
the position seems to be ok. But if you feel bass is still lacking , move the sub towards the wall more especially towards right corner ..give minimum space between your wall and sub. Move away step by step from wall if the bass is too boomy ..then find the sweet spot.

By the way what subwoofer you are using. what is the crossover settings in AVR and sub?.
Its recommended to set crossover in avr 80hz ,and Set the little high 100/120 hz in sub so it wont filter any LFE. Or simply set "LFE" settings 'on' in sub if it has , so it wont filter any LFE frequencies. Also Try adjusting the phase control in SUB to check whether LFE improves.
Other way is try reducing SP distance settings of Sub in 'AVR' if it has been set > 20 points above , and try increasing if it has been set too low <10 points. Measurements in 'cms'.

pb 2000 pro and 80hz and 120hz . I tried all positions on right side but graph in rew was roughly same so no need to change place.

That option was in Audyssey XT32. You may need to check if the same applies in Dirac too since your fronts will be assumed as large speakers and the avr will send full range signal to the fronts.
i set speaker crossover at 80hz before running dirac. No there is no option anywhere to set it to small. i checked all options. maybe it is in marantz

Pls check in Bass management options or may be called speaker profile options in in the avr setup menu or Dirac menu.

In reply to your question it means Audyssey software.
before running dirac you need to setup correct speaker config like you have fronts or not centre or not then how many subs you have then you run dirac. It does not detect it automatically also you need to set speaker cross yourself if set full range dirac will consider the same so yes coming to your question there is no option of selecting speaker size , we can only select crossover only if you have denon avr kindly send pics where is that option

Sorry, I have Marantz avr. But the menus in Denon and Marantz should be similar.

1) In the Denon setup menu , go to speakers.

2) You will come to a submenu showing Audyssey and manual setup.

3) Choose manual setup and you should get this menu and set speakers to small.

4) Experiment with the different crossover settings. Check the phase setting later only if required.

Better to do one adjustment at a time since things could get confusing if you try everything at the same time.
