For this budget you can go for toshiba or benQ 32" tv. Acer also has budget 32" tv.

At your budget you may not get the best PQ but can obviously get a decent one. The audio would also be average.
As far as Samsung is concerned there is no doubt regarding the playability..it can play almost all formats. MRP of UA32F4000 is around 31K and street price should be around 29K.

As stated by Swarna above, at this budget you will get a decent (not the best) 32 incher. Check models from all leading brands such as Toshiba, Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, LG. Demo is the key here. If budget permits, choose an edgelit thin bezel model. All the best.

Can you suggest few 32 inch led tv's which have Edgelit technology ? My Budget is 35k. For me PQ and decent sound is most important.
I have watch samsung 32f5100 and 32f5500 in showroom. PQ is good but not sure whether they are Edeglit or not. Please suggest few names.

If the panel is thin, of about 7-8 mm, then the panel is edgelit. Check specs of TV.

I have Purchased samsung 32f5100, and it is a edgelit led tv and PQ is brilliant.I purchased it at 34k in Malda, west bengal. The sound quality is great for 10wx2=20rms speaker power.But if you think about great bass effet then you have to hook up a HTS.It has an audio out mini jack and optical out.
So far I know that edgelit is better technology than backlit. When buying I also looked at 32eh5000 which is a backlit but PQ is same but i should say more improved in 32f5100 which is an edgelit tv.
The more convenience feature that edgelit tv is very slim which looks very nice in a room.
I think at this price range one should go for edgelit led tv.

Yes friend,when I went to purchase tv (Though I purchased 32f5100) I saw the tv and PQ is not good :yahooIt's a joke)but PQ is great. The man of the showroom said me that retail price 27k, not sure about bangalore because I stay in Malda(west bengal)

I Suppose backlit LED prevails. Edgelit is just better for black level.
