hi ALL,
i just want to enquire that nxt week m going to buy hyundai's i10 and m little confused with the audio systems??
may i go for the branded ones like SONY, PIONEER, JVC etc

or go for the hyundai's genuine 2 din AUDIO SYSTEM???
anyone plz tell me about hyundai's system about its efficiency nd performance comparing to others because the basic thing which i liked in it is it's matching the interiors of the car but i dont know its performance??
and will this system also be compatible for amps and subwoofers????

THANX IN ADVANCE

the stock system will most probably not have 2 pre outs
and hence will not be amp and subwoofer friendly

However these additions can be made by a smart installer using line level/speaker level inputs from the Hyundai HU
However you should confirm this from a good installer

The stock HU and speakers are umm lets say bearable.
I mean ok if youre not really listenniig into the music and youre OK with the radio quality
Youre just gonna have the music ON while you drive and not going to actually listen

other than that the stock system offers nothin
I understand the flush look looks really good and many want to go with it

If you are really looking to add an amp and a sub you dont fall in the category above and i would not advice you go for the stock system
Get a pioneer, alpine, Eclipse HU ( as budget permits) -( NO sony )
and build your system from there

thanx MAGMA for ur help

ya i need a better sound quality, nd even a sub too ,
nd plz tell me whats gud either to fix speaker in the doors or to make the speakers tray at rear end. :)

if you are going to add a subwoofer then oval speakers on the rear parcel shelf are redundant and useless

It is better to go for a set of component speakers for the front ( in the front doors) - get component speaker brand according to budget

Two regular 6 inch speakers in the rear doors ( only for midbass and treble enforcement for rear passengers)- 2000rs JBL GT5 series would be sufficeint

a subwoofer in the boot ( sealed or ported design depending on music and listening taste)

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
