I have this fully built kit without the chassis for sale. PM me if you are interested and this is one of the best DIY preamps that one can build.

Thanks on the revert mate. I am quite tempted BUT will list down the caveats -
I am not a DIY enthusiast. BUT I will look out for someone who has the necessary expertise & could help in the heavy lifting.
The more challenging aspect is getting the base parts like Chassis, volume knobs etc. I am not versed at all with the likes of Ali Express and the likes or for that matter have any idea whatsoever on the parts bin requirement for this project.
But, do allow me a few days to cone back with a firm reply.

Ah glad the post could help. Do check AP out then. All I needed was a Preamp with remote and AP provided just that, nothing more, nothing less.

Hi there.
How about making the whole thing right here?
This is one of my new preamps that I'm now demoing at different places. It is a pre with very high 2nd harmonic signature designed to be used with normally neutral/clinical sounding amp+speaker combinations. I tried to give it a slick look usual with those premium stuffs; soundwise it is nothing short of premium as well.
The cab is 100% handcrafted from 3mm aluminium at my workshop. Knobs bought locally.

Rear panel shows only two pairs of RCA sockets (prob in and out)... why source selector for single input?
Coz it's not a source selector. The small knob controls the slew rate of the preamp, between about 5v/uS to 120v/uS.

No. Bias is fixed in my preamp. Slew rate is controlled via gradually loading the output transistor with a capacitor between its base and collector.
