Is Audyssey MultiEQ XT32 worth it?

My current Onkyo has only Audyssey MultiEQ and I'm planning on getting a new receiver: either the Denon x1300 or the x3300.

The only reason I plan on spending so much on the x3300 is Audyssey XT32.

Audyssey is something I love and need but how much of a difference is there between MultiEQ and MultiEQ XT32? Is it worth the extra 20-30k?

Definitely XT32 will be better.It has dual sub equalizer which XT does not have

not heard XT32 for more time. So Not able to quantify that. Heard people saying XT32 was superb. I think This year model Denon has made wise decision by bringing gold it in x3300, earlier year it was only available from x4200. So I feel worth investing on x3300 if budget permits.

Don't know technically, but here is a table on differences between Audyssey variants.. Yes, IMO..
