Is my current receiver compatible with the SP-PK21BS

Good afternoon all,

I am planning on replacing my current surround system with the Pioneer SP-PK21BS speakers? I currently have a Sony SS-TS81. It was a cheaper system and I would really like to updgrade. Would the receiver from this system be compatible with the aforementioned speaker system? If not, what would an affordable option?
