Is Sony HT-M5 value worth?

Hi,
I have planned to buy a home theatre component.. Suggest whether Sony HT-M5 is worth for 45k? and let me know if any other suggestion within the same budget?
Note: I expect the bass more than d treble part of music.

I have not personally demoed the Sony. But I suggest you to look for HTs from Onkyo, Denon, Yamaha etc. They are the pioneers in HT. In 45K budget there are lots of options.

Demo Onkyo 3500 or Denon 1312XP. But I liked the sound of Yamaha YHT 298. Look at this thread I have shared my demo experience.
