Anyone with experience with their products... was thinking of buying the washing machine feet to put under my speakers as they don't have anything to put under spikes...

Also looking to buy something to put under my wooden audio rack as right now it has no feet and is placed directly on the wooden tiled floor...

I have used it certainly works, but over time it bleeds and sticks to both sides leaving a mess.

Need to be careful maybe by wrapping in polythene or something

I use rubber pads used in industrial isolation Rs.40-100 depending on size. I have used them for both fronts and SWs. They have definitely refined the base quality.

I have experimented with something similar ie industrial vibration pads ( thick rubber and used under washing machines) . I am not sure of how this will with work with speakers as it will make it unstable. I believe you are better off with what prem had suggested in an earlier thread ie either a carpet or brass discs

It worked well under the Rack though but since my rack has spikes, had to put a brass disk between the spike and pad ( My Floor is ceramic tiles). Since you have a wooden rack and a wooden tile, maybe you can even experiment with a steel disk ? a Rs 2 coin between the foot and floor might be an interesting experiment

Try the isoacoustics isolation stands, ISO 200 should work for most speakers . They are rated for 34KG speakers.

I tried the ISO130(rated for 9kg) which I got for the Spendor 3/5 under the much heavier floor standers. YMMV but They do work in the advertised ways. The build quality of these things is very good. They cost as much as a decent pair of interconnects.

Please also check Soundcare, Norway, I am using them all across my setup.
