Hello Friends: I have bought a DENON 1612 close to a month back after referring HFVs reviews. However I am still not able to decide which speakers to purchase?. I have auditioned JAMO 426; 606; 608. TSI 300; 400 and some more - Some of my friends in HFV say; Jamo is the best and some say go for Wharfedale. Some of my friends also refer POLK. Sitting in front of the AVR and waiting to hear it What do I do. Please help!!!

Thanks for your reply. My room size is 12'X14'. 14' being the width. My budget is 30K and as far as Movies and Music is concerned, I would say it's 40 Music and 60 Movies

If you push your budget- I would suggest the Paradigm Cinema 100 CT v4.

It is 5.1 System (Sub + Sat) and will run you around Rs 55000

All are excellent sounding and value for money packages. If you are looking for tower speaker setup the cheapest and best is the Jamo with 606 as fronts.

Option B: To start with you can go for a pair of good floorstanders in 30-40K budget and build the rest of your setup gradually as and when you get some funds

Do not listen to your HFV friends. Take their advice and recommendations though.
However since it is your money and ears . Listen to all the speakers you can in your budget and then decide which one suits your ears the best.

We all have our preferences when it comes to speaker brands, sound signature and other aspects of Music/ Movie reproduction.
The final purchase decision should be solely yours and based on your judgement and your judgement alone.

Jamo, Wharfedale, Polk, Paradigm, Klipch, etc etc are all reputed brands and make decent products at different price points.
And you cannot go wrong with whichever brand and model you choose.

flash already said perfectly u cant go wrong with any make mentioned...
one suggestioin i shouild say....
dont go for 5.1 pack
instead build ur system step by step.
for now get a bs pair and a centre..
like
this
wharfe diamond 10.1 bs-18k and diamond 10cc-12k centre..
however i gave it just as an price example...
get rear and sub later...
we can live without rears for a while..dont worry..
performance wise much much better
