just ordered tp20.. wanted to know at what price and from where i can the JBL control one to pair with it.

also i live in a small hostel room.. say 8X6..

any other speaker suggestions are also welcome

p.s. have already read the tp20 thread but not auditioned any speaker as i am yet to receive the amp. will do so as and when it arrives.

See if you have a local JBL dealer. You can usually get a 10% discount off the MRP at the dealer. Between 7k to 7.5K should be a fair price.

The JBL C1s are more than enough for a hostel room. You won't be disappointed with the C1s and TP20 combo. You can also consider the CA S30s which cost a grand or so more than the C1s and are also very good with the TP20.

Its too high. I bought mine in Feb for 8k including shipping. Maybe prices have gone up??!

U r right... Spoke to jbl local dealer... 8k for pair.. Will audition c1s, ca s30 when the amp arrives... N dragonfly dac in feb from us..
