Driver looks like Peerless(Denmark),they are Chennai based-
Kem Speakers
some users review can be read there.

i remeber seeing their advertisement in olx or quikr. they mentioned somewhere that they use peerless drivers and tweeters.

Somebody from Chennai can audition and give feedback if possible.

If you check their site,some photos confirm the peerless driver.These drivers are better & are mostly 4 ohm.
