Lab test of $4000 Kimber Kable vs. Amazon Basics RCA cables

Hey I hope the site doesn't die. I go there for my daily dose of comedy.
I read the same just to see the drama on the threads which eventually are informative. Every week there will be a new guy popping up with the idea to prove them wrong. Never have I seen one instance where they won with their argument. They all leave after giving at some point. Then they go to other forums, or Reddit to bash ASR, because that’s the only place then they can say what they feel without getting destroyed. Unfortunately Reddit is no longer safe for them as most of the time lot of ASR/Erin fans are out there. What’s left is pure hifi forums, where these guys have no interest in.

End of the day, it’s a matter of what kind of users are the majority on a forum. Doesn’t matter which side one is, one cannot win alone against a mob who thinks differently.

Unfortunately or Fortunately I've used the same generation Kimber Select Series cable and I was awestruck with the performance over Van Den Hul 103 cable. The difference was like buying a new DAC, hence I didn't bother to read ASR comparison further.

I doubt, whether he measured resistance, capacitance and conductance of cable etc, but even then, we're just scratching the surface on what electrical quality exactly matters about perceived SQ improvement after adding the cable in chain.
He should've listened to the cable properly before making a judgement, I've seen many Naysayers change their mind after that.
