Folks
1. Lame 3.98 on XUbuntu 9.0.4 has --replaygain-accurate which only computes "Radio" ReplayGain. Isnt there support for "Audiophile" RPG?
2. How does RPG help normalize volume in the use case where I encode mp3s in separate sessions and burn them at a later date? Each session's encoded files may have different peaks so what consistent information exactly is available across a dozen mp3 albums on a single CD to help the mp3 decoder determine "normalized" volume to play at?
I'm not clear about this part.
TIA
