Laxmii in fire tv stick

I noticed 5.1 sound is very low for laxmii movie. Is it common for all?

Whereas 2 channel is ok

Not sure about this particular movie but this is a common occurence for me across most of the movies in Hotstar , the dialogue legibility is also very bad. As many FM's have mentioned seems like majority of the content is stereo on Hotstar and if you upmix it to 5.1 using your AVR it might result in not a very good experience.

Yes, the 5.1 sound in Hotstar is of lower bitrate. Therefore, the sound quality is not at par with Prime or Netflix. Even, i am facing the same situation as you.
