I guess I was not very clear in my post immediately above your reply. I missed the download from 31 Nov, 2015 and was asking anyone else that had downloaded it to please share.

Yesterday's (01 Dec, 2015) download is still available until about 1.00 pm or so today due to the UK, IN time differences. Just click on the free download and you should be able to get it added to your cart and checkout for free. If I am not mistaken, you can thereafter download it for free at any point in time from your Linn UK account.
