Looking for a 32" LCD/LED

I am looking for a LCD/LED - 32" preferably going by my budget and room size/viewing distance. My budget is around 30K (+/-).
Brand wise : Sony or samsung.

what is the content you view? I mean what percentage of SD and HD content?? That should bring in more suggestions to your query
