I’m using Scansonic S4 (2012) speakers — 4" Kevlar woofer, 1" soft-dome tweeter, 86 dB, 100 W, 8Ω (min 4Ω) with banana-plug terminals — in a 10×12 ft bedroom, connected to a laptop on the desk.
I need a small desktop amplifier under ₹10,000, with banana-plug speaker outputs and simple laptop input (3.5 mm or RCA; USB DAC is a bonus). Prefer cool-running, compact units with clean power suitable for near-field listening.
