I have been using a Panasonic 29" crt TV for over 15 years now without a single issue.
I am now planning on buying a HD TV which should be sturdy/ lasting like my current crt TV. My budget is upto 1 lakh.
Can you guys suggest any led TVs . The picture and sound quality should be the best and also should last for a long time.

I have heard that the new led TVs do not last. Is that true.

Recently I have purchased Sony 55x9000e 4K HDR LED TV. This is the best TV upto 120k mark. It was the last year model and replaced by 9000f. Samsung 7000 series and LG UJ750 series are also very good TV to own. Recently Panasonic has introduced new LED TV in market within mentioned range and may be the good option to consider.

Hi all,
I had been to the store today. The attendant showed me KDX 9500 E 55 " TV. The price is 1,34,000. Do you guys think it is worth buying this TV. I would of course bargain the price. I want your opinion on whether this TV is future ready in terms of upgrade, Dolby stuff etc.

Nopes, I would stay away. Will infact suggest 9000F, which is a Full Array LED instead of Edge Lit of 9500E. Infact in my brief comparison 9000F was able to compete with LG OLED C8 (and Sony OLED) in certain parameters.

Had been to reliance digital. The price for 9000f 55' is 164000. There is another person whom I found on Facebook who is selling the same TV for 148000. He was saying that he can give me 9300f for 1.5 lakhs. Both TVs with 2 yr warranty. His shop is in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore - Sri sai electronics and furnishings

The guy said he can give 9000f for 148000 and 9300f for 150000. He said will have to pay him by cash. Just wanted people s view on whether it could be genuine. He was saying that he is a dealer who sells to retail shops

These salesmen have absolutely no idea about the difference between x9000f and 9300e. Though x9000f have good motion handling, it is no where near the build quality or picture quality even the sound quality of x9300e.
