Can someone give the going rates for rents in the andheri-borivali region....

rent~10k
area ~ 600 sq.ft
proximity to any railway station

Area suggested is costly & 1 BHK cant get below 15k.

I hailed from Goregaum ( Parents stay there)
Now
1) Andheri - Super Expensive
2) Goregaon - Borivali - 2 Nd to That
3) Kandivali - Malad - 3 Rd But some areas like Thakur is pricy ( anyway not near to station)
4) Jogeshwari is cheapest

Now rent variables are ,age of building, area,locality etc,,

10 K seems difficult in in ery old decent building might be possible...

Mostly does. This forum being certified free from audiophile snobs preaching to the underprivileged masses about how inadequate their setups are ... a certain trust and human rapport - however precarious, has still been developed between hanger-ons on this forum. It is a favorite virtual hang-out for many and strongly resembles a local "coffee shop" atmosphere where one would like to hang about daily. Hence I find it only natural that some folks might ask for advice or counsel on non audio related issues.
