M&K Sound -- a legend

hello all

Since i entered the audio world i have been hearing about the legendary quality of M&K Speakers systems, most of which are THX certified like the M&K 150 THX. The makers of star wars series have said to have used them for their recordings,auditing etc.

has anybody purchased the M&K speakers and if so, how is your exprience.
they are said to be the best spks for movies.

M&K speakers were good, and they were used extensively by professionals. Sometime ago M&K went bankrupt, and had shut down operations. I believe they have recently been purchased by another company and are trying to re-capture the market.
