Marantz CD6005

Anyone has tried Marantz CD5005 and Marantz CD6005? How are they in terms of resolution and details?

Marantz CD6004 is very musical and detailed, i don't think there is much of difference in audio quality between 6004 vs 6005 as both share the same DAC. i enjoy listening songs through the CD player. Music is detailed, timed well and brings out all instruments.

Marantz cd 6005 is slightly bright ...compared to CD6003 which I have been using for the last 5 years .

Have used CD6005 for more than a month ..so maybe around 70 hours of usage .Will have to see if the SQ improves to my liking after few more hours.


Anyway I have given my CD6003 for repair .
