Marantz SR 5011 No sound

Marantz SR 5011 issue: After 6 months of inactivity, I'm getting no sound output. I've tried reconnecting wires and factory resetting, but the problem remains. Any expert advice or suggestions would be welcome, especially since I'm in Kerala without a nearby service center.

what does it display in panel ?. Does it say any error?.
1.Check speaker domain setting is set correctly. It should be set to Speaker set 'A' not 'B'.
2.Check your source connection is correct and properly selected correctly from AVR.. alternatively try with different source input connections from AVR.
3. Are u getting sound in speaker playing test tones from AVR ?.

I tried all those things. No there is no sound from any of the speakers.

In display every thing is as usual. No error messages.

Do check with headphones.
Also check if there is any other setting changes like zone 2 or input.
Check if you can hear test tone or not.

if you have tried everything and still no results, could be some board issue. You will need to take the same to a skilled technician if not in warranty given its an old model...the latest being SR5015 (2020) and Cinema 60 (2024).
