Marantz SR5400 in receiver

Hi friends,

I am planning to buy a marantz SR5400 for my home theatre set up. The asking price from the seller is Rs.17000/-

Is this worth...requesting your advice please...

Should I go in for this or whAt will be a fair price...the receiver is 5 years old and is working perfectly fine..

Pls.help...
