Mini to RCA cable

HI,
Planning to get this cable from USA.

I Will be using it to connect HRT microstreamer form desktop to powered speakers.
Is it worth spending so much on cable?
Does it really improve SQ? Means is it better than few hunderd Rs. cable?
OR kindly give any other good cable brand suggestion.

When you reach a stage where you can get a physically decent cable ( on inspection!) for a good price in the local market , it's always better to buy it and use it . Later if you find it lacking you can plan to buy 'more expensive' cables. Often you will 'like' a cable just because of what it 'looks like' or that it was 'expensive'!

Buy your low cost local cable and live with it for a while before emptying your pocket on something you can never be sure of ( buying unknown brands off the Net ).

Haven't you noticed ? Today's market makes better and better looking things at much higher prices as it has 'eye appeal' ! No way of knowing how it is unless you compare it 'blindfolded'. In our society the 'mind' is trained to be attracted to 'pretty things'. We NEED mind control !

I think MX is available and other Chinese/Taiwanese brands are there. Some look quite decent but I have no idea if they are very good or have shortcomings. Finally it will depend on your system's capability to resolve sounds. Which ever component is lower in capability will control what you hear.

I'll check on brand names next time I visit the market.
